This is only my first service from Aptive, but I was very happy with my interaction with Alissia. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, and she came back to my door after the service to let me know how everything looked around my home. I would appreciate her being my regular service tech.

Alissia and Briana arrived promptly and were very thorough treating my home and lawn.!! Found many wasp nests that I didn't even know I had and a couple of ant hills in my lawn! Great service!!!!!

DJ was very professional. He took his time explaining every thing he would be doing today. He took his time to answer any questions I had. Before leaving he told me his findings and applied extra when he found some ants. He noticed my dogs and made sure I understood the importance of not allowing them out for a minimum of 45 minutes to allow treatment to dry.
Both Alissia and Shannon were OUTSTANDING. They were beyond professional and made my experience easy and comfortable. They explained the process and the next steps to come. I hope they are my service techs next time.
