Robert Coffey and his team had a 2 hour window set up with me. (11:40am-1:40pm) They were 10 mins early and extremely friendly. They went through the agreement with me and explained what was going to happen on the initial visit and then the following quarterly visits. I was pleased by the level of professionalism this team displayed. Glad to be a customer!!
