We have been using Aptive for four and a half years. We are scorpion and bug free. Couldn't be happier.
The guys have always been friendly and helpful. Always willing to answer any question and don't make you feel bad for asking it. The actual treatments they perform work great as well. We used to get ants and other bugs finding their way in. Ever since we got aptive there was one occasion where we still found a few bugs in the house and they came out for a re-treatment at no extra cost.
I was lucky enough to get Ra'san. To do the service on my house today. He was friendly and happy and I could tell he was smiling under his mask. He asked me questions to see if I had any concerns and really listened. He did a really good job all on the eaves of my house for the spiders and webs. My original appointment 19 FEBRUARY between 8am-10am. I received a call from you at10:05 am that you needed to due weather, there was no inclement weather that day!
Chandler, our rep from Aptive Environmental was awesome. He was courteous and friendly. He was very respectful. He explained things better than other reps. Aptive should hire more like Chandler Norman.
Great service and respectful of COVID protocols. Would recommend to anyone!
