I have been using Aptive for 2 years and have been largely happy with their technicians whom I have been able to count on for their knowledge whenever I have raised an issue. That has pleased me. The disconnect with the business office, which is terrible at keeping me informed about dates of service, has been frustrating for me. I’ll either be waiting all day for someone who never shows, or the technician just shows up when I’m not expecting them. Great customer service from technician and company.
Aptive really takes care of my pest problems with little input from me. They schedule quarterly services and complimentary services in between as needed. Brandon did a fine job. He came while I was away from the house and took care of the bait boxes. He also scheduled a complimentary follow up for a month later to recheck them.
Very professional and timely
Trent did a great job. Very thorough and communicated everything he did.
Aptive has been very good in all the usual areas but what really stands out are the employees. Each technician to date has been exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced in what they do & careful. Would highly recommend.
