This service is awesome! I just had my first treatment a month ago. They set rat traps in my shed too. At about this time each year, I get little black ants in my bathroom sinks. They came out at no charge to take care of it. Ants gone in a couple days! Now, the traps were moved, and I saw where one was. My technician, Ian came out to remove the dead rats and reset them. Not a fun part of the job! Glad I didn't have to do it! Oh yeah. The ants and rats visits were free of charge. Included in my service! Thanks!
Apt I've had been wonderful to us! They treated the house we were moving out of and then continued our service at our new house. John Garcia took great care of us. He even took the time to knock down all the wasp nests up on our 2nd story eves.
