Timothy Sheppard did a good job. He was courteous and well-manner. We have no issue with his services. He left Allure trap for our indoor use when I mentioned seeing small insect at time.
Tevin arrived late morning, came to the door, explained what he was going to do, asked about any insect problems, and then treated the yard and exterior of the house. When he was done, he closed all the gates and left a note on the door about what was completed. All done in 30 minutes.

Insect knowledge is not their thing. I found a bug and snapped a pic of it and emailed it to them (we were current customers) asking them what it was. They told me it was a tick. Well it was a bed bug. So weeks went by without me knowing we had bed bugs and by the time I figured it out on my own, we had an infestation that wound up costing us ALOT of money to take care of.
