Very bad company, sales guys, are very pushy and unprofessional. Knocked my house excessively loud. Wouldn't take no for an answer. They kept lurking thru peoples yards. Threatened to call cops. Those flyer boys didnt seem to care. Would not recommend to anyone. STAY AWAY!!!
Timothy Sheppard was right on time for my service and very courteous throughout. Was very knowledgeable and professional in answering any of my concerns, and did a great job of removing wasp nests and spider weds around the house. Couldn't have been happier with my service.
Jeremiah was very helpful and handled all our requests at the last minute. They set up a call ahead so we could make sure someone was home so he could spray inside the house. We have been very happy with Aptive!
Andrew did an outstanding job, the wife and I have been contemplating canceling our contract with your company. My wife has never been happy with the past service technicians as they hurried through their tasks. As we observed a technician that cared to perform his job well, she indicated that the past technicians did not take the care as Andrew demonstrated. I had my first treatment today. My Alvarez was early arriving which was a wonderful surprise! He was respectful, courteous & friendly! He was patient with all my questions & answered in terms I could understand. So far I'm impressed with the salesperson who came to my door & Mr Alvarez.
Eusebio Alvarez was the technician who came and performed the work for Aptive. He was very helpful and answered all my questions.
I found the salesman to be very courteous and knowledgeable about how to best and effectively treat common pests. Aptive has an incredible introductory offer and their normal service fees are lower than any other pest elimination company. As well, they will come out, in between the regular services, if you have any issues. The technician that treated my home, Tony Victoria, was professional and explained everything that he was going to do, during the service. He was diligent and thorough with his work.
Eusebio Alvarez made sure I understood today’s service and my quarterly service schedule. He spent time and was thorough. Well done Eusebio. Thanks for the service.
There is never a question about what will be done, even for return service. Omar has done a super job and should be commended for his wonderful efforts. Thanks Omar and Aptive for keeping us free of pests.
