Once they complete the job I get an email that contains a picture of my technician and the service they provided. The payment process is simple and secure.

We just started with Aptive. I have used other companies in the past that I wasn't happy with. I was pleasantly surprised when James came to do our treatment. He was very professional and friendly. He explained throughly what he was going to do and was very prompt. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an exterminator!
Mike was courteous and performed service as I explained what had been promised by Marshall Calley when I siged up with regard to tree roaches. Professionalism was good, but not 5 star due to cell phone personal conversation while treating the back yard.
