Joe was our provider. He was very professional and explained what he was going to do and after talking with the sales person who said that there is no issue with babies in the house, Joe explained he would have to come back and spray the inside when my Daughter and Granddaughter would be away for a period of time.
Robert H., Walter, explained what he was going to do & did a thorough job, quite satisfied, explained that someone would be back in 30 days to spray again, if I had a problem to call & let ya'll know & you would send someone out to take care of it

The technician, Dontay H. was punctual. This allowed me to get errands done before the appointment so I didn't have to wait all day. He was friendly and courteous. The service was quick but thorough, allowing me to get things done at home.
Alvin the technician arrived promptly as usual. He is always very professional and takes time to answer any questions that we may have. I never feel rushed.
