Branden showed good professionalism and Customer service. He did a thorough job treating our home inside and out. My wife showed him the spiders and lizards we accumulated on our sticky pads and mentioned a snake seen. Branden took appropriate measures by treating flower beds around our home and our garage. Thanks Branden!
Michael Vela did a good job explaining the treatment he was about to perform and addressed several of our questions prior to starting. We are very pleased with Aptive so far!

Jacob Garner & Levi Macias came to my home the same day I signed up for pest control. Both Gentlemen were very knowledgeable and explained everything they would be doing in great detail. So far their customer service has been exceptional and I am glad I chose this company for my pest control needs.

Quentin A was at the house working when we arrived back from an errand. He had finished brushing the house and was taking care of a wasp nest and spot treating the yard. Nice young man!
First time user. Not qualified to judge their effectiveness yet! John arrived on time and was at work immediately. As far as I can tell he covered the areas he was supposed to and even found one or two I did not mention.
