Today was my first appointment with Aptive and I'm very impressed. The service rep, Jamal Palmer, was a couple of minutes early for the appointment, knowledgeable when questions were asked, professional and courteous while inside and outside the home, and was wonderfully friendly and personable. I'm looking forward to working with Aptive in the future, and hope that we'll see Jamal again for follow-up treatments
