Like the salesman, really like the service man Pierre. Service was on May 4, 2017. Happy I made the decision to go with Aptive. Serviceman Pierre was very knowledgeable, thorough and was able to answer all my questions. We want to keep Pierre as our technician for pest control.
My technician Ben Johnson was very courteous, from the moment he called me to let me know he was on his way, until he left explaining the services he had performed. Since I am new to Aptive he also explained what to expect in future services. In addition he also reminded me that if I had any problems between service calls, they would come out free of charge. Ben does an outstanding job representing the company. Edgar M.
Widgy Normil came today to do our quarterly pest control and did a wonderful job. We are concerned about spiders in our pool area and the webs all over and I asked him to take care of that and he did an excellent job! He also found an insect in my lawn and shared with me what it was and treated for it. Excellent service! Beryl H.
Widgy Normil knows his critters! He took the time to listen to each problem, then applied the proper spray or bait for each area. I look forward to seeing him at the next service. My normally suspicious dog liked him too! VivianK
The initial visit was by Dahlin and Jordan. They both are very young but likeable and professional. They spent about 30 minutes spraying the house inside and out. We wish them well and hopefully all our sugar ants not so well.
