MK - I was very please with Ryan. His promptness, expertise and the way he truly show how proud he is on what he does amazed me. He took his time to answer each and every one of my questions and took his time to do his jib, even under the rain. I would like to have Ryan spray my house and take care of any of the pest problems that might arise in the months and years to come. He seems to be a very honest individual and is proud to represents the company he works for.
We switched to aptive about 4 months ago. Our previous pest control guy could not fix the problems but these guys did it less than 3 months. Ben Johnson is amazing. Just did our quarterly service.

Kevin Muncrief of Aptive Environmental stopped today to treat our white fly problem. We have had a hard time eliminating them. He was very professional and the company sent him with a new formula to combat them. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.
