Joey was the guy who came to my house to spray. I was a little apprehensive about the company but JOEY totally won me over! He was professional and VERY caring in referrence to the spray around my toddler and my little dog. He explained every step of the process and really seemed to care. It's people like him that give companies a good name! Thanks agan Joey❤
Ben Johnson was GREAT! He was very professional and conscious of our small children in the home. He was courteous and helpful!
Long story short, I cancelled my contract with Terminix and signed with APTIVE. Last night, Javarro came to do the work (I have been dealing with German Roaches for 13 months) He stayed a long time, moved the range, the fridge, sprayed everywhere, then I started seing al gazillon roaches coming from everywhere...and dying !!! Javarro told me "I'll show them who's the boss!" And he did ! I can only hope they will be able to fix this horrible issue...but if Javarro comes back...It will be to finish the job !!! So far...so good... read more
