Joey did a great job explaining what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. Was surprised when he pointed out a wasp nest, thankful for his attention to detail on that part. Overall very pleased with his professionalism.
Aptive was great! They were taking care of other house in our neighborhood and took the time to stop by and explain their services. The next day we had Sebastian at the house spaying! He was great with the dogs and gave us detailed instructions to keep the pets safe.

Vaninski was courteous and professional. He was helpful in identifying some problem areas we unaware of while being thorough in addressing our concerns. We look forward to Vaninski helping us to keep our newly constructed home free of unwanted pests and bugs.
Great rates, polite and knowledgeable staff, prompt service. I even price shopped to make sure they were competitive and they are. Nathan, Tiger and Vaninski were great!
It's too early for me to make any comments, I just want to mention the profesiolalism of the service performed for M.r Joey.
Joey arrived a few minutes early and explained the whole process. He was very polite and took his time. I told him we were having issues with spiders in our screened patio and he not only sprayed our patio, but removed all the webs as well. He also showed concern and made sure my cat and my two year old son stayed away from the rooms he sprayed inside my house until the rooms were completely dry. I would definitely recommend Aptive for pest control services.
