Jamal Palmer was courteous, responsive to specific needs (removing webbing from eaves), took the time to cover the perimeter of the home with due care and very professional. I am going to ask Aptive to have Jamal service my home every quarter!

Jamal came out first thing in the morning to address a rate issue and that is what he did even though it was still alive! He got the job done and was quick about it too.
