Xavier was here on a rodent problem but it has been corrected by Aptive so he went ahead and completed my scheduled quarterly service since it’s due in a couple of weeks at my request. He took time to explain a couple of my questions and made sure that I was satisfied before leaving. I have been using there service for a couple of years and have been completely satisfied with and recommend them for any pest problem that you might have
I was very pleased with the service I received from Seremy Lamy. He was polite, professional and answered all my questions. This is my first time for service with them. Carlos Trejo who was the tech performing the pest control was excellent. The young man was very courteous and explained step by step the entire process. He knocked all wasp nests which were about over 20 feet up the side of my house down and treated the area. He also gladly went inside my garage and sprayed....the next day the effectiveness was evident by the remains of 10 dead roaches on my garage floor. Great customer service.

I've been very impressed with Aptive and their professionalism in communicating and of course in pest control! They are punctual and come dressed in company attire so they are easy to identify when they show up at the house. Seremy L., for example, explained what how he was going to treat the property and followed up with questions and concerns afterward. Very polite!
