This is my first time with Aptiv and I was so pleasantly surprised with the work and kindness of Jeff Costanzo who came to my house. Vendor randomly makes appointments that are not convenient for me. Charges my account, then repeatedly fails to show up. Every time I have to call back and reschedule, they say they're too busy.
Seremy Lamy was great. This was our first treatment and he took the time to discuss everything with me and explained what he was doing. Showed up on time and was professional and friendly.
Aptive service today was excellent. Jacob Newey did a really good job around the house, listening to my concerns and explaining the process to follow. He went around every corner of the house (in and out). Very satisfied with the quality and price.
