The Service Technician (J. González) was very professional. He arrived within the time window, having called ahead to confirm when he would be at the property. The first thing he did was to ask about any issues or concerns, and then went to work. Before leaving he let me know he was done and that if I continued having problems, or if I had any other concerns, I could call the office. He also reminded me that I would receive an e-mail detailing the work completed. I love this company!
They come when they say they are coming. Very polite, and they know what they are doing. Their follow-up service is excellent.
Jason Gonzalez was on time and checked to see if there was anything that has changed since the last time he was here. Asked how I was since he remembered that I had just had surgery the last time he was here. Very nice and caring.
