As much as I am vocal about reporting terrible experiences, I am even more to opine regarding stellar customer service. Widgy is EXCEPTIONAL. He addressed me by name, asked directly what has been going on, and for me to show him the spiders before he applied any formulas. Then after I removed my pets, he thoroughly applied the pesticide in each corner unless there was food storage or adjacent bedding/furniture. He was very thorough and made sure to introduce himself when he arrived and ask if there were any specific areas in or around our house that needed extra attention. Overall we are very pleased with Calebe's and Aptive's service. We would definitely recommend their services.
