I cannot believe the run around Apria Healthcare has been giving me while I try to purchase a simple replacement mask. It's been over 4 months and at least a half dozen phone calls. Every time I'm assured they have everything they need BUT this one form. I have been told at least 3 times that all they need is "face to face" notes. The doctor has faxed that information, TWICE. RUN as fast as you can... WORST customer service ever! In the past three days have spent over 2 1/2 hours on hold! To make hold worse, every 30 seconds they you are informed your call will be answered "in a moment". Waiting on a delivery of a hospital bed for my father. No window of time given - "might have an emergent oxygen delivery" and therefore can't give any kind of idea. I am not asking for the world here... just more than sometime today. I'm guessing all of those giving more than 1 star either 1. Work for the company. OR. 2. Were hired to give good remarks/stars Company sucks & customer service ppl suck even more & horribly rude on the phone!
Doesn't deserve 1 star. They will take money out of your account even after they supposedly take your card info out of their system . Worst company to deal with .
I got a check in the mail, a refund for over payment, addressed to my wife. $25 and change. I could have just forged her name and been done with it but that seemed wrong. Also, it's fraud. Negative 5 star!! Worse company ever!!!! Can't even give it a star cause it's not worth giving, but I have to in order for this to be posted!!! Your business ethics is horrible!!!! Never again!!
