Rip off!! As with most other post here, do NOT, I repeat do NOT, give them your debit card information. They will charge the full amount, when the agreement you signed up for monthly rental fees winds up costing you a fortune after they charge the full cost of a unit. They do not fulfill their part of the agreement. If you try to get your money back, it's a waste of time! Terrible business practices....BEWARE!!
They have yet to get anything right, quite possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with. I'll be moving my DME prescription as soon as possible. Horrible, terrible, unprofessional, rude and incompetent.
These people are scam artists who double and triple bill you, then when you ask what the charges are for they can't tell you. Please stay away from this horrible company
I have been struggling with this company since October 2014. I have sent and resent information more times than I can count. It's difficult enough being ill and needing supplies without the incompetence and hassle. I can't even find words strong enough to describe my dissatisfaction.
This is the worst company I have ever done business with. In the future, if I am able to choose which provider to receive my medical supplies from it will not be Apria. I have had issue after issue with them and each time I call to try to fix the issue I am stuck on hold for over an hour. The communication within this company is horrendous. I tried to call and pay bill , each time after long wait the person would pick up , hang up and never say a word < I hope that they find out who this person is and fire there lazy A-s Poor service ,, need to find another company ,, this company sucks, finally got some one to stay on phone and pay bill !
This company wreaks of impropriety. I don't know if they are really as stupid as they act or if it's a game to screw over the clients. Billing department employees don't know which end is up. They don't know who to speak with when they don't know what to do. They leave you on hold praying that you'll just get disgusted and hang up. This company was suppose to get back with me over a bill that they screwed up with the insurance company. Instead of calling me back and fixing the issue the correct way they turned the bill over to collections. The bill isn't a year old either. It was all their fault! I'm so pissed that this will reflect on my credit!!!
Boy I sure wished I would have come here before my Doctor went to Apria, I would have told her "no'. I FINALLY got my bi-pap, but now I guess they don't want my business. Had the doc prescribe the humidifier and the pressure valve to add O2. They will send me the humidifier, but am still waiting for it to arrive. They will not send me the pressure valve because I do not have my O2 through them. They have told me several times that I need to change my O2 to them.
