Horrible company. Horrible customer service. They bill for the same thing several times but use a different code, and then try to make you pay for it when the insurance denies it as a duplicate. Then they try and play stupid and act like they don't know what they're doing. They know what they're doing. When equipment rental prices exceed the purchase price of the equipment, you know you're being screwed.

I would love to know why it takes more than two weeks (ordered on 11/25/15 and am being told not receiving until 12/11/2015) for an AMBULATORY ASSISTANT! This is not a convenience. I cannot understand how this is acceptable. I am a single mother of a 2 year old boy, and am supposed to care for my family while hopping around on one foot for two weeks!?!?! I can't carry a thing, let alone feed or care for my child properly! I'm disgusted, outraged and hurt.

3 orders placed, 3 orders sent were wrong. Cannot get any help in the USA with correcting the orders. They will not provide phone contact to corporate office. RUN, RUN and find a different supplier as problems will probably await you here.

My father ran out of oxygen and it took all day to get a delivery but Michael who delivered at 1230 am was wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!

The customer service has gone down hill fast. The fact that I can no longer call the local branch to order supplies, talk to a respiratory therapist, or schedule appointments is ridiculous. Instead I get transferred to some random country, with a person that can barely speak English. Today, I spent over an hour of my time being transferred all over the world just to order bipap, and pulse ox probes. My orders are never correct, and the amount time I spend on the phone to order supplies is outrageous. Get it together Apria...... read more

My husband needed a Cpap machine. It was turned over to Apria, who called to tell him that our insurance would pay at 100%. He questioned it since we have a super high deductible. Again, the rep reassured and confirmed it was going to be paid at 100%. When we went to pick up the machine, we again questioned the amount we would be responsible for. We told the rep we had a high deductible, and expressed our concern as to the cost (just in case the insurance company did not pay). She told us she could not give us a cost of the ... read more

I tried to call them to let them know I had changed doctors. After trying for nearly FIVE minutes to spell my LAST NAME to a person for whom English is definitely NOT the first language, I hung up! When she would attempt to re-spell it, she always omitted the second letter. She kept saying, "I'll go very slow." I KNEW that if she was going to have THAT much of a problem with spelling my last name, she would NEVER make it through the spelling of doctor's address. If I had to choose between using a product supplied by Apria Healthcare or death, I would choose death!! I hate that company with a flaming purple passion. They are the absolute worst!! I have not been a customer of theirs since February (thank God) yet I have once again had to endure being on hold for going on 45 minutes now to settle THEIR billing issue. It's truly maddening.
