Was told the equipment could be delivered tonight got call at 6pm from apria. You can have the equipment within few hours. 1st call back for ETA they told they had emergency tank delivery. Than 2nd call rep stated systems are down and that the driver was already at my location. I been sitting up all evening I told the rep nobody came to my door or left a notice outside. I would never recommend a company that will not call the customer/patient when the insurance company denies a claim. Then before the ink is dry on the denial charge the customers account. That is just bad business practice.
For the past 4 days I’ve tried to order my son’s bipap supplies. No one will pick up the phone, no matter what time I call. Your voicemail message says you want to hear about how you can serve us better. How about picking up the phone, for starters???
They require a credit card on file before they ship, then charge more than My insurance says they’re allowed to. Two different customer “service” reps blew me off and no one responded to an email. Humana contacted them and told them to refund and still nothing.
This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Its unfortunate that you have to call them several times and wait for more than an hour. Then to be told that you have to call another line that is dedicated to your particular medical group. I am amazed that this company is still in business for their practices.
Took my money for CPAP supplies, put it in “suspense” then called me to tell me my account was past due and to avoid collections, pay my bill! Do they threaten all their patients to get paid twice or just the seniors? What do they do with the money they receive and not credit? Someone should look into Apria’s accounting. As for me, no more dealings with this company, I’m done!

I have been waiting for more than an hour for someone to answer the phone.. I want to order more supplies, so I went to the website. The info they have for my supplies is over a year old and incorrect, despite the fact that Kaiser has sent a change in prescription 3 times. I am sick of having to go to Kaiser to get my supplies. I wish they would get another supplier.
