HELP!!! Anyone in the Saco, Old Orchard Beach, Scarborough, Biddeford area on home oxygen? If you are can you please tell me what company you use? I have been using APRIA for almost 2 years now and have had an awful time with them. Equipment break downs, poor service, the rep is never available and now they screwed around for a month supplying my CPAP machine. All approved thru medicare and my AARP policy. Sure wish i had been smart enough to check Facebook before I committed to Apria. Your salesman lied to me about the cost and you keep calling me to get a credit card number so you can automatically bill me. Not a chance. I am carrying the machine back to your office tomorrow. I feel like throwing it through your front window but I won't. Shame on you for taking advantage of senior citizens.
Apria you have surely been a hug disappointment! How do you change delivery for oxygen without any notice? Your rep tells me sorry too many customers and don't worry I'm not the only one upset. Great answer! My grandmother is 80 years old and needs her oxygen for her lung disease, she barely can make it to her phone in a timely manner and because you changed to automated delivery phone calls her delivery has been pushed up for 2 months since she did not answer! The people answering the phone when you call a the local number are mostly ill tempered morons. That's because the call is routed to the national call center. When you call you wait for ever then you get a bad tempered low wage moron to help you. 911, hurricane Katrina are no match for the Apria Healthcare Phone center. Who ever manages that should be fired and the operators put in the back room stuffing envelopes so they aren't exposed to the public.
Not happy with the homefill oxygen. The bottles leak and you don't have enough oxygen to last a full evening on the allotted 2 bottles. My life sucks now that I'm made homebound due to this. Tired of calling and being passed around the world just to trying to get my local Apria. This used to be a great company. Not any more!!
