i am getting billed for equipment I haven't had since jan 2020 I have all my bills paid in full with 0 owed on everyone of them but they suddenly decided I owe them 97 dollars but they cant tell me for what. I have spent hours on the phone with no satisfaction. where do we go next?

My family tried to get equipment replaced for 2 days and not for something someone could do with out. This was a concentrater and oxygen bottle for someone undergoing chemo treatment for lung cancer. I’ve never seen a lack of customer service this bad in my life. My sister decided to get equipment from another company privately paying because they accept my mothers certain insurance. APRIA NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND ALL LICENSES TAKEN AWAY..THEY "DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS' WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER 24 HOURS FOR THEM TO EXCH OUT A CONCENTRATOR THAT IS NOT WORKING AND HAS NOT BEEN SERVICED IN TWO YEARS. I KNOW FOR FACT THAT THIS MACHINE REQUIRES CALIBERATION AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR... I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVEN IF IT WAS YOUR LAST RESORT..
My son has MAJOR asthma and allergies. Customer service is TERRIBLE!!!! They DON'T deliver what they're supposed to!! They deliver parts that are BROKEN!!! You spend an hour on the phone going back and forth being put on lots of long holds then calls get disconnected. They don't call you back!!! I’m having the worst customer experience imaginable with this company. I am getting billed for equipment I didn’t order, and since I had it picked up by their company after their “policy” of a 30 day return window, I’m now getting billed for it. Oh and the pick up person didn’t come at the specified window, they came days late at 11 pm at night without calling first. For one they decided to bill me after having my equipment for over a year, when I actually got the equipment I had met my deductible, so I would not have owed anything. Now when trying to talk to someone, I can't get anyone in the US, or that can hold a basic conversation. The local office in Pleasant Valley told me they billed me incorrectly and they would take the bill to a zero balance, and I am still getting a bill for $400 after continually calling every month.
I was told how much it was to. rent a machine each month. Now they have quadrupled it. They lie., I have to rent and can't buy it. Absolutely no. integrity and no way to do business. Pick someone else to use.
