Apria Healthcare is the most POORLY MANAGED company ever. I have never posted bad stuff about them before, but I am at my breaking point during the Covid crisis. We tried ordering a new cannula for my father’s oxygen concentrator today for his sleep apnea machine, and I have had to be on the phone 4 different times today to check on a delivery that never happened. Worst Company ever .....tryingto speak to anyone is impossible and they charged our Account 250 $ even tho Medicare is paying . That during a Pandemic and unauthorized
Sitting on my money for two weeks without applying it. That is completely unacceptable. I have now received a past due notice. My account shows the money has been received but that it has not been applied. Totally unacceptable.
Worst Customer Service ever. They are ripping me off!
Worse company. Refused to deliver oxygen due to a past due balance that corporate office told me not to pay.
Husband's Assisted Servo Ventilation machine was diagnosed March 4 as motor broken must be replaced. New order forwarded on March 5th. Machine still not delivered as of yet. Numerous calls made with no help from management. This was before all the COVID issues. Customer service has been horrible using excuses of new management, lack of in house support. I have been unable to get any help from this company. My C-PAP machine has stopped working and when I called for help I was told by an answering service that no one could help me, and when I did finally reach someone they said they couldn't even find a C-PAP machine on my account. I've been with them for years, even gotten several supplies for my C-PAP through them, and now you're telling me that you don't even see one on my account? What's going on over there?
