This company is a scam, they send bills and hold supplies, when nothing is owed. They bill when they have a deal with the insurance company that it's no charge to me. Every order, they claim they need new or additional authorizations, and hold my order for supplies. The Attorney General should investigate them and shut them down..Horrible, disgusting, frauds!!!!!!!!!!

Get someone who knows what he/she cares and believes in customer service and put them in charge.
Customer service is terrible. Need help and can't get it.
These guys are absolutely the worse total incompetence avoid at all cost because they are rip offs who could care less about you or any issue you maybe having as a result of their incompetence. Wrong billing cancelled pickup of equipment numerous phone calls all result in frustration and waste of time but no solutions. It’s amazing a company can manifest this type of incompetence...
