Anyone who is getting fraudulently charged by Apria Healthcare just call the freaking Jacksonville Attorney General. I’m not even a patient / customer of theirs and started getting ACH withdrawals from them every month. I called their billing department and they offer no resolution since I don’t have an account with them, which should be a red flag! http://myfloridalegal.com is the website for the AG.
Cigna contracts with Apria who contracts with Carecentrix. 5+ hours on the phone trying to get their billing straightened out. Apriia is billing me instead of Cigna. They can't seem to understand their own business relationship. Unbelievable!!!

Scam on insurance and machinary
I called to reorder my pap supplies back in FEBRUARY! Since that time I have followed up every two weeks asking where my supplies are. I have been given the run around by your company for over 2 months. Initially you needed information from my doctor. You received that information. Then I was told you needed more information from my doctor, you were given that. Every time you need something from my doctor I end up having to call them. Horrible. I (along with my insurance company) call monthly about a bill that has NOT been sent to my insurance company for processing. No one in the billing department knows what's going on. They have claimed 3 different reasons for the $2100 bill. I'm currently looking into obtaining an attorney in case this is placed on my credit history. I will not pay a bill that I do not owe.
