Crooks. Awful company that sends items not ordered and then bills me as self pay. I am doubly insured and had called many times to update insurance info. Today they tell me that it had to be preauthorrized ....I was like "how could I when didnt even know you were sending me something I dodnt order?" Horrible experience service and hold times.
Keep getting automated phone calls that go into Spanish. I find this very offensive. if I wanted to hear Spanish then I would move to Mexico.
Their billing really sucks and you can't get a clear answer from them. They keep telling me they are 3 months behind in the billing. Just not acceptable when you have a family member that relys on them.
Just found a $345 charge on my credit card today. This brings the total I have paid so far for a CPAP to over a thousand dollars. Never in a million years would I ever do business with this company. I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
It's amazing how this company is still in business. The customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! It takes an act of congress to get anything from this pitiful company. If you have been given this company's name from your doctor or whomever please find another company and run away from them as fast as you can.
It's been three days that I have been trying to reschedule an appointment. I have been transferred to different numbers several times and spoken to about five different people. And they still can't give me a date and time that works for me (I was only given two options). They keep offering me the same date and time that I have told them doesn't work for me. Now the customer service rep needs to ask for help from his supervisor just to offer me a different appointment time. It is so frustrating.

These people have overbilled, double billed and given MY money to another company. They have lied and said I was due when I already paid. This has gone on for years! They have billed me for products I returned with the guarantee of no charge. They have given me a refund check and two weeks later billed me more than the refund check. I am reporting them to the attorney general, BBB and anyone else that will investigate them! SCUM!
Are you kidding me? Over 1 hour and counting to discuss a billing issue. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
