We've used these folks several times now and they are outstanding!
Do not use this company! Their service is horrible! My 83 year old grandmother has been out of a washer for almost 2 months. They continue to send repairmen to her home who does nothing but order parts and still unable to repair the washer. Called today and spoke with General Manager who had a very uncaring attitude about the situation! Horrible experience with this company! I was always told that customer satisfaction was the goal! I guess they are not concerned about customer satisfaction.
