Donald was very thorough and professional. He explained the problem and what would be needed to fix it, as well as estimated cost. He seemed very knowledgeable about all kinds of appliances.

I had a microware problem and Appliance Connection handled my service contract I have. The service technician was very professional. Even though they had to order a part it did not take very long and the problem was fixed. One of the best customer service I have had.
My problem was not cut and dried. Matt spent a lot of time talking with me about the problem and what might be causing it( the dry signal beeping) he asked me questions I could not answer. So after a long time trying to reproduce it he left me with a list of things to look for if it did it again. I appreciate his time and instructions. Hope it doesn’t happen again. I will make good notes for him if it does. I will certainly call AC again. A good experience.
I had a dryer issue and the technician came out and resolved the issue quickly. He explained what the issue was and replaced the part during the same trip. Highly satisfied with the service and follow up!
