Poor customer service and inexperienced techs.
RecommendedThey were on time, professional and fast. The tech was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with.
Excellent professional and competent service from start to finish.
Unfortunately they are not very responsive. If you need something repaired they DO NOT provide same day service. Plan on waiting.................. and waiting...............
Steven and Jacob have worked on several of my appliances throughout the years and have always done an excellent job. They are very knowledgeable about their job and I would highly recommend them or any of the technicians at Appliance Connection. This company is awesome!
I love Appliance Connection! Their owners, staff and servicemen are knowledgeable, honest and courteous. I request them every time I have a warranty issue on any major appliance. Steven did an excellent job serving my refrigerator today. I bought my (awesome) Speed Queen washing machine from their store in downtown Birmingham a year ago. ...Looking for a good deal on a major appliance or for a reliable service tech, I recommend Appliance Connection Birmingham. They are the best!

HORRIBLE COMPANY! THEY COULD NOT FIND THE ISSUE AND I TOLD THEM IT WAS LEAKING! THEY ARE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE AT ALL! I WOULD NOT USE THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY! RUN PEOPLE RUN! APPLIANCE CONNECTION SUCKS!!!!!

GO ELSEWHERE! This company failed to provide the proper services as was communicated, but still charged me for essentially ZERO services performed. if you use them, you better record all conversations, or when it is time to pay, they will attempt to overcharge you!
