Not charge a ridiculous amount for nothing.
I have an older Kitchen Aid built in refrigerator in my kitchen. I started having problems with it in January and fought it for 7 months. After a misdiagnosis by S and S and a useless thermostat and timer replacement by Vulcan Appliance I called Kitchen Aid USA once again. They gave me Appliance Connections name and number and I called them as a last effort before replacing and having to do a partial kitchen remodel. Horrible customer service. The employees who answer the phones are terrible. Our freezer was not working and our home warranty company forced us to use this company. They have been out four times now and our freezer is still not working. The second to last time the they came out they broke the entire unit and even the fridge compartment stopped working.
When you’re in the middle of a pandemic and your dryer goes out: The repair guy called this morning and asked if we’ve had fever or any COVID 19 symptoms. I said no to both. Then I asked if he had. He said no. I asked if he was going to be wearing a mask? He said “yes mam. Mask, gloves, and shoe covers”. I said “that is awesome! I had a mask and sanitizer ready just in case you didn’t”. 5 Stars! I have had to deal with several companies regarding my dishwasher and i have to say that this company is top notch. It was a breath of fresh air to actually get follow up emails after phone calls and confirmations regarding appointments.
