RecommendedI had an ice maker problem and Appliance Connection Handled my service contract. The technician stopped by the next day to make sure all was well with the ice maker. Very nice and did a good job
Great service. Communication is excellent.
THE LITERAL WORST. I had 4 appointments to have an icemaker fixed, the first three appointments the technician could not get it fixed. The fourth appointment they gave me 10 minutes notice and then left when I couldn't show up in 30. I read a bad review and kept going, should have listened.

I have been without my refrigerator for over a week now. Ordered the part and came today to replace part...refrigerator still broken. Closed on weekends. I’m beyond frustrated and angry!
We have a Samsung fridge. Appliance connection sent Doug out to fix it. He was prompt and explained to me the issue and resolution to our problem. He was as professional as they come. I highly recommend appliance connection.
