I've got to say when I arrived at the Apple store with my 8+ phone bought 3 months ago not working I was extremely frustrated. I didn't have an appointment but they did fit me in. Turns out there was a number of people having the same problem with their phones. We were all sent to a table when a couple of the employees came over and started helping all of us. They were very courteous and got all of us taken care of in a pretty short time. I was really impressed with the service I received.
Really impressed with the team and Oz specifically. I had an odd issue with my product and the whole crew at apple addressed my concerns quickly, effectively and qualitatively. They resolved my concerns in a generous fashion and I’m very thankful for their help. Keep doing what you do!
Store looks great, and looking forward to the opening tomorrow. I hope they have events, etc in the evening since it would make that part of the street a lot more lively.
Too crowded to even want to ask for help. But I charged my phone there while my Party checked out the new X. They liked the camera quality.
I had a 3:45 appointment for some issues with my iPhone 7s plus however, Jeff the person that did the check in I personally believe he was overwhelmed I was there at 3:30 I was told I couldn’t be checked in until 3:40 only to wait more time to be seen. Finally, I was seen by Tyler very pleasant nevertheless I’m having the same issues have another appointment on Saturday December 2,2017@ 10:50 I’m so over this iPhone issue it’s still under warranty just please don’t waste my time or yours I’m looking forward to another phone ... read more
