Made appt to get iphone6+ battery replaced. They did diagnostic to prove the battery was “bad” now I have to wait till April when the battery’s are in stock. Very unsatisfactory!
Made an appointment a week in advance to get my battery replaced. When I got here they said they don’t have any batteries in stock and it will take 5-7 days to order one.
I experienced disgusting racism today at Apple. And I needed to write this out and share. I have to write about the experience I had with Apple this past week. More importantly what happened today with a manager named Christina. So! The rave about battery replacement and how it can speed your phone up convinced me to get a new battery.
