I setup appointment over a week ago for replacing my iPhone 6 plus battery, waited for a half hour to be called then I was told they are out of the battery. To make it worse, after doing a few diagnostic on my iPhone and I was told they wouldn't replace my iPhone due to a third battery which I had to replace in November 2016. It worked great after the new battery for a few months until newer iOS updated that started to destroy my new battery with rebooting itself a few times daily and draining my battery life. Had to go back after they change battery on the next day to get a complete re-fit. Kind of a waste of time. We did get the phone fixed though.

I have been here twice & I have no complaints. I have to make visits to local locations every three months to replace my portable charger cord. I purchase a new one & a home charger annually but I pay via the Apple Store app & pick up at a given store (most times, it would be Queens Center). That would be my advice to all to prevent waiting long at stores.
