I am so please by the service that I received at the Apple Store Fifth Avenue! The store is open 24 hours and believe me it is so needed because my iPhone 8 which is all glass people shattered in 1 million pieces after being attacked by a man with severe mental illness Jeff 1 of the the manager and his Amazing staff went above and beyond to assist me in acquiring a new phone and getting me on my way, although I left the store at 1 AM in the morning it was so worth it!!! Had an appointment to replace my battery. It was so loud and crowded and chaotic. I waited a long time and the appointment only lasted long enough for the tech to order a battery for me that won’t arrive until March. Afterwards I went to look at AppleTVs. There was no written info with the display an no one approached me to help so I just left.

We just walked in to check our phone battery. The staffs from there are very friendly and helpful.

Went there a couple days ago & that was a great experience the costumer service do all they can trying help even if the place is always busy. Apple worth all the money you spend. Really helpful Genius Bar

I had an appointment to get my battery replaced in my phone. No one at the store seemed to know what was going on one employee had me go get in the walk in line I had an appointment. So finally got to where I needed to be and was told I was next inline for a tech then someone else comes over and goes thru all my information again then tells me they have no batteries in stock. Worse customer service. Needed a battery replacement for my iPhone 6; went to this location and no battery; they have to order it and make take 2 weeks. Apple created the problem and lack the replacement within the store. The Lord gives behind not having is do the consumer can purchase another phone. Went into the Mall and guess what I my crack screen replace and got my battery at the same price as Apple. How is small business can take care of consumers and a multi billion can’t. Waited in line this morning to get a new battery. (Arrived at 9:40) These employees were so well organized and friendly as they opened their doors. I was able to get a battery today but only because I was in the front of the line. Great customer service.

Apple battery replacement fail!! Made appointment and then put on same line as walk ins. No batteries in stock. Only 1 person doing battery diagnostics and battery ordering!
