Very busy place. The guy who helped me wasn’t very personable because I was only getting a watch band. I was there for the product, not the customer service.
I made an online appointment to get the malfunctioning battery on my IPhone 6s replaced. The appointment was made online last week. At my appointment today, I was told that the battery was not in stock, I would have to wait for an email telling me when to come in. I asked why this all couldn’t be taken care of online. I was told that it just couldn’t, I did the right thing by showing up for my unproductive appointment. Strange way for a technology company to do business.
