When my 22 year old college student is treated so rudely by your staff for asking about the 29 dollar battery replacement, and told none were in stock and didn't care to explain anything to her regarding the procedures to correct her phone issues... congrats to you! SHE is now the new owner of a Samsung S8+. One less customer you have to deal with.
I am so disappointed! It is so difficult to contact with you! I disagree that still a new phone, when it is +7 celsius should shut off!!! I do not want to pay a huge money for your mistakes!!! Business hours were until 09.00 PM, but the store closed at 02.45 PM due to slight snow. The security guard at the door wouldn't let us enter although we had preordered a product and just came for the pick-up. There were still lots of people inside the store just browsing. Said we had to come back another day. No alerts online or anywhere else about closing early - complete rubbish of a store!!
