Excellent service! No other place is better than this one!
If you make an appointment, the wait isn’t bad at all, you’ll wait longer at the doctors office Our tech Ricky was great, took care of the problem and was very professional and personable
The service staff at this Apple store are honestly just really incapable of doing their jobs well. Literally six trips to the store have been followed by waiting for an hour at the wrong table (that the guy sent me to) and I’m literally only writing this review because I’m still waiting to replace a single AirPod.
Matt was the best I learned exactly what I needed to move forward on my project. I may be taking advantage of your studio workshop for projects in the future. I want to become very proficient on my new iMac especially in the area of videos (with my new GoPro) and editing and organizing my photos. That is why I bought my Mac. Thanks again Matt for a great class!!!
