AWESOME store! Matt, who heads up training, is SUCH a pleasure to spend time with - because of him I immediately signed up for 2 classes, both of which were phenomenal - the time flew and I was able to learn SO much! Thank you Philip for introducing me to my iPad (I can’t recall the name of the female instructor for the drawing class, but she was amazing and I intend to take that class with her again).

Brought in beats headphones. Took 10 minutes to get everything done. Should expect NEW beats, since they don’t refurnish them, in 5-7 business days. Free of charge since it’s still under 1 year warranty. :)
Apple employees were professional and extremely helpful. We ordered a repair part and it arrived earlier than estimated. We were able to walk in and and left happy.
