Everyone there is super friendly, especially Brandon who was the guys who fixed my daughter’s phone that a had a problem with the home bottom . We really appreciate your caring understanding to solve the issue

I am so ready to be done with Apple products. My screen broke tonight into a million pieces after dropping it on my kitchen floor WITH A SCREEN PROTECTOR AND TECH 21 case. The screen literally has glass falling out of it so you cannot even touch it. Apple said they can't do ANYTHING for me until Saturday unless I want to buy a $300 phone to use and then return it within 14 days. Are you kidding me??? Worst customer service and false advertisement !!!!! Sent my IPhone 8 Plus ( "water resistant “ )for repair 3-4 weeks ago because it got splashed with water and stopped working and still have not received my phone and when I call nobody can give and update !!!!! RIDICULOUS

made appointment for today ....arrived ...never heard of me new appt for monday...not surprised that this happened though!!!!!!!!!!! so because person on phone did not ask me for email address..only id# of my mac and told me to bring proof of my ID...i was screwed...reason why bought mac in the first place was that when i needed help..i would be well taken care of.....FAITH RESTORED!!!! went today ALI was wonderful..patient kind helpful and with a sense of humor!!!!
I am not happy. Made an appt days in advance to get battery replaced. When I arrived I was told it would be 1 1/2 hours. Returned at the appointed time. Not ready. Waited another 45 minutes. Finally got my phone. Got home and found the camera does not work now. Cannot facetime, not sure what other problems I may encounter. Guess I have to waste another 3-4 hours tomorrow.
