I bought last year a brand new case from the apple store in fifth avenue nyc, it’s a case that charge. It cost a 100$! And after one year it’s in such bad shape. For something that costs so much you would have expected that the materials would be good. Never buying it again!
They were busy and quoted me up to hour for service. Saw tech in about 45 min. Old Mac laptop but tech was friendly and committed. Got my audio back up and running. Thank you.

The store is not well-managed, however, the techs working here are knowwfsgeable and generaly friendly...it's the "getting to that point" that is the real issue. Wait times are purposely inflated i.e. "Your wait will be three hours!" But the text that they are "almost ready for you" leads you back to the store where you WILL wait. Sigh. This last visit for me was for a cracked screen (that s third-party replaced) that caused my iPhone 5C to stop responding.
