Considering I was making an $800 purchase, really poor customer experience. Maybe more attention should be given to basic customer care instead of the upselling of Apple Care.

Went in last week to have my husbands screen repaired. They told us it would be a 2.5 hour wait. An employee suggested if we didn’t want to wait, to schedule an appt in advance and then come in. So we scheduled it for the following week. We went in with our appt, and they still said it would be 2 hours. Somehow we ended up waiting 3.5 hours for a screen repair, even with an appointment. Horrible - the sales people were disconnected and didn’t seem like they wanted to be helpful or provide support. I went to Best Buy and bought everything I needed including a iPhone 8s and Apple Watch 42 with cellular service. Don’t need the attitude, and not going back.
