Brought my daughter to have her phone repaired. We got here to early they sent us away now there is no one to sign her in. I had tried to speak to business department but they don’t have time. Mostly disappointed ... I am long time Apple customer... over 10 years loyal... but today I was called misinformed and offensive by the employees at ur store because I told them they are bad at their job... charged me for stuff I hadn’t broken then called me stupid for suggesting it was a mistake... this place is a joke!! Safe space for the easily offended...
First of all, fuck you guys (directed at this particular store). I was turning in a relatively recent model of the ipod touch. I told the people who were there it was an ipod touch and i’d like to turn it in. I was promised that i could get a gift card. Then i had to wait 30 minutes just to start the process. Surprise, surprise, the ipod touch (despite being a 6th gen) is not eligible for that particular type of trade in (so i’m told by the person who received the ipod touch). This temporary location is in the old FAO Schwartz spot (old Manhattan) adjacent to Bergdorf Men & diagonal from the Bergdorf main store... anyhoo it’s a pristine show room of the products but, most assistance takes place upstairs. I’ve purchased my charger downstairs; so, I’m guessing if you are disabled or not ambulatory enough to hike the double flight you can still get assistance.!?!
