Went here in Feb to $$$$ my MAC book Pro not having a clue! how the place worked. On inquiry the gentleman explained that you check in & receive approx how long the wait will be. I got onto the list & shortly was helped. After getting the gist and having run out of time while the gal helping me was caught up w a fellow customer, I excused myself & left. I came in with my new IPhone 8, I had purchased at the end of previous evening. I needed to erase all info from my 5S phone and load it to my new IPhone 8. Kathy assisted me promptly. She was fantastic and so patient! The process took less than 45 minutes. Kathy was knowledgeable and so polite.
I have appointment at 12:50pm and I arrived at 12:40pm it’s been already more than 30mins to checked-in and I am still waiting for help. Already asked few employees only answer i got is just wait here don’t move, someone will help but I don’t know when.
I walked in because I was in the neighborhood, I was able to get assistance within 20 minutes. Christian was super helpful. Great customer service and conversation. Wish they had coffee and a bathroom �
