They hire the people that have personality and are very courteous!!! I have never had an experience that is anything less or different. I didn’t like that we had an appointment for the new iPhone X but had to wait an hour past to actually have our turn. I guess this is the case when you have high demand. I have always had great customer service. They NEVER try to cattle prod you through. Worth it in my opinion due to their pure commitment of satisfying the customer. Businesses should take some tips from Apple.
Staff are always friendly and helpful, both on the store floor and the Genius Bar.

Hi apple team, The multi tasking window on my iPad was missing when ipdated to iOS 11.1. I don’t know if it is bug of iOS 11.1 since i can no longer use it or access it. Multi tasking window is very useful as I am learning a Japanese. I really loved it before since you can just drag another window on the right. Apple Developer team, please help get back the multi tasking window. This is my biggest concern, please help.
I went in to buy a replacement EarPods. I was in and out within 10 minutes!
Customer service is sorely lacking. They just simply do not have enough associates to accommodate the flow of customers. It’s too bad because Apple has always been synonymous with great products and great customer satisfaction. Seriously, hire more associates and , please make sure they know the products! Disappointed with this store, not Apple quality care!
I got there before they opened at 10am and waited till 12pm to be seen and then had to wait till 1:20 to get my phone back. Wasted my entire day.
