See this is great customer service! Our two Apple laptops with no battery and charger plug doesn't fit with our adapter(s) - requirement to board our plane later today is that we can turn them on. Went to the Apple Store and they offered that we could just charge them in the store :-)! #SavedTheDay!
Made an appointment to have my iPad screen looked at and hopefully repaired. Arrived early and was greeted promptly by a young man that told me to come back 10 mins before my appointment time and it would be a lot faster as they were slammed. Arrived back, same guy checked me in and got me seated at a table to wait on tech. I was buying a watch for my son. Looking around the room of almost 1000 people, I think my own very first generation iPhone 4 would have been the oldest functioning apple product in the building.
Hi, I went to the Apple store to buy 2 iPhone 8+, and I can rate the service was EXCELLENT with my daughter and I. This is my 1st Apple product but I but all of WHATEVER my kids want of Apple and I'm very pleased with the customer service and patients that they gave us
They were very helpful and I didn't have to wait long to speak with someone (I had an appointment).
Somebody breached my icloud account and locked my Macbook. I had to spend $70 to go all the way to the nearest apple store. Told them I'm a student and I don't have a car, requested them to try to fix it on the spot so I don't have to spend another $70 to come back and pick it up but they refused since they absolutely couldn't get it fixed until next morning.
