I have called Apple 2 times to express an offense. Both times the senior adviser never answered However. I am an iPhone user. And most of my family and friends are. Yes I know that you guys want to get your product out there. It's September 12th and for the past two days Florida has been taking hits from the storm. Awful customer service. Eleven people in front of me --most walk-ins--and I have a scheduled appointment. When I questioned it the clerk told me to be patient. Ridiculous
Showed up just a few minutes after opening and had my step daughters problem resolved in an hour. The woman that took care of her was great.
